Pregnancy Prep
There are things you can do NOW that help your partner prepare for birth, but also, get this, make you a constant source of comfort during labor! That’s right, a CONSTANT source of comfort. That’s what we cover here!
Labor Prep
This module talks about labor. What to say, when to say it, and how to say it! And when to not say anything!!! :) This module also includes some tips on knowing when to head to the birth location as I know that’s a concern for many partners!
Postpartum Prep
The postpartum module goes into how to prep for postpartum for BOTH of you to have support and also how to be super supportive as your partner heals. This time is exhausting, so I spent extra time talking about how to set yourself up for success (hint: buy tissues and soft toilet paper!!!)
